5 Tool Prospects (“5TP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit youth baseball organization based in Arizona. We operate the website 5toolprospects.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill out a form on the Site, such as our Training Academy Interest Form, tryout registration, or contact forms, we may collect:
- Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number
- Athlete name, grade level, age, and baseball background (positions, experience, current team)

Our forms give you the option to consent to receive text messages from 5 Tool Prospects:

- With service providers who help us operate the Site and our programs, such as website hosting, form and CRM platforms, email and text messaging services, and donation payment processors. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

- In connection with a reorganization of our organization, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
Children’s Privacy
Our programs serve student athletes in grades 7 through 12. Forms on this Site are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us directly, contact us at hello@5toolprospects.com and we will delete it.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on reputable service providers that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
